February Free Seminar: The seminar for February will be focused around understanding and using Training Peaks to support your training (and general health) journey. I've been using Training Peaks since ~2011 as an athlete and ~2013 as a coach. Much has changed in the last few years and I wanted to provide an opportunity to learn much of the bells and whistles, BUT also simply some fundamentals that can make it work for you. Not everyone wants to data deep dive, but maybe you want to save some sessions, move some sessions, add some goals, etc. I'll do an overview and then open it up for questions. Again, the seminar will be recorded if you can't make it live and I'll send the recording out to those that register. Free to everyone!

Coaching Updates! Instead of offering discounts - I have decided to reduce pricing on all the ways an athlete can work with me. Given the uncertainty that surrounds the economy moving forward, the deep cuts that are likely for federal funding (science, research, engineering, among others), the trickle down effects that many state and university employees may be subjected to, and potential general decline/hardship across many sectors- AND knowing that most people that work with me are not in the upper financial tiers - I want to make sure that everyone can continue to afford coaching during these challenging times. Providing help, guidance, support, and community - for those looking to perform in A races to those looking to get healthier both physically and mentally has always been my focus and if I can reduce the barriers to that, I will do so. Level 1: 299$/mo, weekly optional 60 min check in calls (4 x month), weekly custom schedule with feedback every 1-2 days, unlimited schedule changes, A-race planning and debriefs, velocity live and on-demand cycling and eventually mobility/strength/yoga included. Nutritional guidance from general meal planning to race/training specific is included.
Level 1 single sport: 249$/mo, everything above but limited to either run/cycling/swimming + strength/mobility support. Nutrition guidance included.
Level 2: 199$/mo, monthly custom schedule with 2 x 60 min check in call per month, schedule adjustments can be made during check in calls, feedback on 1-2 sessions per week at the end of the block, 2 A race planning sessions every 6 months, velocity cycling live and on-demand included (and eventually mobility/strength/yoga as well). Nutritional guidance included.
Level 2 single sport: 149$/mo, same as above but limited to run/cycling/swimming + strength/mobility support. Nutritional guidance included.
Multi-sport crew: 119$/mo- multi sport group coaching tailored to who is in the group! No feedback in TrainingPeaks, office hours monthly, slack channel communication, live and on-demand cycling sessions included. General nutrition guidance provided during office hours and on live rides + slack communication. Add-on calls are offered at 30% discount for further guidance and feedback. Further discounts available for quarterly and yearly subscriptions.
Run crew: 99$/mo - same as above but for my runners! Again, the sessions are tailored to who is in the group- cross training guidance is included as well as strength/mobility sessions. Eventually live and on-demand sessions in the velocity app will be included. Discounts available for quarterly or yearly subscriptions.

I deleted facebook several months ago and haven't missed it once. I am still on instagram. I may delete my personal account and keep the cordillera account...I'm not sure yet. I did start a bluesky account and have been enjoying that. @mikkiosterloo.bsky.social and I've been enjoying pixelfed @osterloo@pixelfed.social - mostly real photographers over there. It looks and feels like instagram did circa ~2013 (back when it was just photos or maybe a photo and one hashtag). I do love taking and sharing photos of my dogs even if I am a terrible photographer.
