I am an athlete, coach, AND nutrition specialist. And I understand the unique challenges for busy, active, and health- conscious athletes. I also have spent years working with athletes on long-course and ultra endurance events and have deep knowledge on what works, what doesn’t work, and what the steps are to figure out the sometimes unique protocols for an individual. Maybe you’re an athlete that has struggled to execute a race that truly shows your fitness and capabilities due to fueling issues. Perhaps you’re an athlete that has been in the sport for decades but is finding that what worked in the past, isn’t working anymore. Maybe the blood work is showing some signs of metabolic disease, insulin resistance, higher than you’d like to see cholesterol, or something else.

I can help you make the changes you desire, whether that be weight loss, body composition changes, high performance nutrition, or eating plans for challenging conditions (i.e., metabolic syndrome, food intolerances and allergies, and GI/gut dysfunction).
With over 14+ yrs as an endurance coach I have seen just about everything and have developed systems that are based on science, hypothesis driven trials, time for adaptations, and protocols that change depending the season and stage of life to improve your health and performance.

Get started on a path to health and performance with a 45 min check-up. This conversation can be a deep-dive, full assessment of your current daily and training/racing nutrition and supplements or use this as a question and answer time to make sure you are on the right path. I will assist you in your goals of weight loss, body composition changes, improving metabolic efficiency, gut health and cognitive functioning, healthy aging and longevity, or developing a nutrition plan to improve your training and elevate your race performances.
