The Cordillera Multi-sport Crew
Frustrated with stock plans? Uncertain of how to structure your training? Wanting a deeper dive into foundations, health, & nutrition education?
The Multi-sport Crew is designed for athletes that are ready to integrate training into their lives and approach their path to progress in a holistic way. Incorporating recovery, strength and mobility, nutrition education (everyday and race day), and mindset.
This methodology, combining science and intuitive programing based around seasons, has proven success and will help you navigate your path to performance while maintaining optimal health and thriving in life outside of sport.
Multi-sport crew vs. training plans
The multi-sport crew is a holistic approach to performance
- Structured workouts that progress with the season
- Balanced load and intensity and shifts in focus
- Live and on-demand virtual cycling workouts
- 2-3 sessions/week in the winter, 1-2/week in the summer
- Engagement, feedback, community and fun!
- Integrated strength and mobility sessions (with videos)
- Reduce injury, get strong, maximize performance
- Coach support
- Answer questions, help you modify plans, provide guidance on monthly office hours and via slack
- Community
- Connect and engage with a group of like-minded athletes
- Ability to add on calls at 30% discount for additional feedback and program modifications
- Nutritional guidance
- Daily and race-specific general guidance
- The plan and schedule WILL take into account individual’s goals and races
- Winter 2025 will build towards 70.3 late spring/ early summer
- Summer/Fall 2025 will likely build towards full IM
- If these are NOT your plans for 2025 season the group training may still work for you! I provide general guidance to adjust the sessions based on your needs (e.g., longer/shorter, reduce intensity, optional sessions).
- Athletes on 6 mo+ crew plan qualify for 10% monthly discount on 1:1 coaching (3 month continuous minimum)
- I encourage athletes to shift the balance of focus/priorities as they need throughout the season – (i.e., moving to 1:1 in the 3-4 months leading up to their A race)
Who is this NOT for?
- The group training would not be a good option for beginners. This is for seasoned athletes looking for a challenging AND sustainable program
- Athletes that have very high work/life stress with extensive travel or outside obligations AND are not comfortable adapting the program to work for their lives (i.e., requiring a high level of oversight and feedback from a coach)
- Athletes not interested in learning, adapting, or working hard

The Cordillera Run Crew
Plagued by injury? Not seeing progress even though you’re running more miles? Not sure how quickly to ramp volume or intensity (or perhaps trying to do both at the same time?), feeling the stress of needing to run a certain pace for every. single. run (to meet some threshold of “good”), wanting to include strength or cross training but unsure where or how, the planning feels overwhelming and you’re stuck and frustrated? These are the most common complaints I hear when a runner approaches me for help.
Here’s the reality – even among the very elite runners, running is hard on the body. And it’s even harder as we age. Including strength, mobility, “pre-hab”, and cross training has been integral in my run coaching philosophy over the years. I’ve had athletes qualify for the Boston Marathon during blocks of Ironman training where run volume was lower than a “common marathon training prep” but targeted and specific. I’ve brought seasoned athlete back from major injury/surgeries using science based, integrative approach that leverages these foundational aspects. I’ve turned triathletes who “have always hated the run” into athletes that want to include a run focus during their seasons.
From beginner to elite athletes, my methodology has allowed athletes to run more consistently, build volume effectively, include race-specific speed work, and show up to the start line feeling ready to race with more confidence and fun (with lots of PRs in the process). Whether you are interested in improving race times or simply running with more ease – this program is for you!
